These terms cover your use of this website and the estimate tool. They are not the contract for supplying and installing equipment: those terms come with your written quote.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Ample Conductor Electrical Services Limited, trading as ClearTemp, company number 07809293, registered in England and Wales at 28 Carver Road, Marple, Stockport, SK6 7PS. Installations are carried out by the same company. Contact hello@cleartemp.co.uk.

Estimates are indicative

The figure shown by the estimate tool is a benchmark for a standard installation based on the answers you give. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise of price or suitability. Every installation needs a technical review, and the final price is the one in your written quote. Electrics, wall construction, access and other site conditions can change it.

Installation contract

If you accept a written quote, the supply and installation is governed by our installation terms, which set out payment and deposit, your cancellation rights for a contract agreed at a distance or at your home, warranty, and what happens if the engineer finds something unexpected. You will receive them with the quote and nothing is booked until you have agreed them.

Using the site

• Give accurate answers. We rely on them to route your enquiry and to prepare for a call.
• Do not submit enquiries on behalf of someone else without their agreement, or use automated tools against the site.
• Content on this site is ours or used with permission. You may read and print it for your own use.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate but do not promise it is free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
